About Tobias Mondon

Tobias Mondon lives in Berlin and, since 2019, has worked as a partner at PKS Kommunikations- und Strategieberatung GmbH and, until May 2026, also for its successor Republic Affairs GmbH as Senior Consultant Healthcare and Digitalization.

The core areas of work of his company TMHC are the healthcare industry, the digital sector, administrative and municipal digitalization, and the German funding landscape. These are complemented by relevant political access and a resilient understanding of key decision-making structures, used in the interest of clients and the projects advised.

After studies in law and medicine, he was active as an entrepreneur in healthcare for more than 20 years, managed his own supra-regional medical laboratories for office-based physicians as well as privatized hospital laboratories, and knows the operational, economic and structural requirements of the healthcare sector from his own practice. He subsequently advised leading German laboratory service providers and major IT companies.

Tobias Mondon has a network built over many years in the digital sector, the German hospital landscape, and political, administrative and municipal structures at federal and state level. In addition, he maintains resilient working relationships in the Arab region, especially in Kuwait and the United Arab Emirates, where he advised health ministries, certification bodies and hospitals.

He stands for experience, reliability and strategic foresight grounded in his own entrepreneurial practice. He carries out consulting projects predominantly with professionally competent partners from the networks he has built over many years.
